Uki currently owns and operates the Maid Cafe Seaside, while hiring Hotori and Tatsuno. While it is called a maid Cafe, it is nothing you'd expect of a normal ones as she doesn't treat the customers like a master.

Zenji was a husband whom she loved dearly. But he fell ill and passed away. However, due to heaven's mishaps, he didn't go to the after life and continues to roam in the human world. Unnoticed by everyone around including Uki.
Hotori Arashiyama[]
Ever since Hotori's childhood, Uki had looked after her like a her own child. Making a curry whenever she was feeling sad or depressed. But once she become older, Uki had heard about a Maid Cafe which earns nicely. So ordered to work as a maid or pay for all those curry she had eaten since childhood.
Toshiko Tatsuno[]
During her first visit to the Maid cafe, she wasn't interested in working here. But once she found out that her crush, Sanada comes here often, she decided to work here.
