Masakazu Ishikuro (石黒 正数 いしぐろ まさかず) , born on 8th September 1977, on Fukui, Fukui prefecture, is a male Japanese Mangaka. Graduated from the Osaka University of Arts where during his days, the circle he was in together with Toshiyuki Satou, Jirou Yoshida.
In 2000AD, he debuted with his work Hero at the Afternoon Four Seasons Award. Currently, his work Soredemo Machi wa Mawatteiru is serialised at Young King Ours.
