And Yet the Town Moves (それでも町は廻っている, Soredemo Machi wa Mawatteiru?), abbreviated as Soremachi (それ町?), is a manga series written and illustrated by Masakazu Ishiguro.
The series ran in Shōnen Gahōsha's Seinen manga anthology Young King OURs from March of 2005 to October 2016. The chapters of the manga was collected into 16 tankōbon volumes by Gahōsha. It was originally translated into English through JManga, but was later published online by Crunchyroll. The manga inspired a 12-episode anime series under the same name produced by studio Shaft.
An official guidebook of the series was later released in February 14, 2017.

Maid tearoom (Not Café) "Seaside" exists in human sentiment overflowing Maruko shopping district, and it is truly ingenious! Hotori Arashiyama is a troublesome high school girl working as Midol(?) at local Maruko shopping district who has admiration for great detectives.
